InferData's executive
team has extensive analysis, design, training, and consulting
experience in advanced object-oriented technologies.
They are recognized experts in the industry and speak
regularly at conferences such as COMDEX, OMG, and JavaOne.
All are published and possess advanced degrees in Computer
Engineering or Science.

Dr. Vladimir Bacvanski, Vice President, Partner
Dr. Bacvanski has over a decade of
engineering experience with object-oriented technologies
in areas such as mission critical and distributed enterprise
systems, object-oriented rule-based systems and languages,
object-oriented CASE tools, real-time diagnostic systems,
agent technology, and business rules. Dr. Bacvanski
also has extensive experience in requirements analysis,
and has helped a number of companies including IBM,
Dell, HP, and JP Morgan Chase, to select, transition,
and apply new object-oriented technologies for dramatic
results in their semiconductor manufacturing, real-time
system diagnostics, stock trading, or other critical
projects.
Prior
to InferData, from 1995-1997, Dr. Bacvanski was a Senior
Consultant for ICON Computing in Austin, Texas. Dr.
Bacvanski is published worldwide and is a frequent speaker,
session chair, and workshop organizer at leading industry
events, including JavaOne, COMDEX, OOPSLA, OMG, and
others. He is also the recipient of a number of prestigious
academic scholarships and grants.
Dr. Bacvanski received a Doctoral degree in Computer Science from Aachen University of Technology in Germany and his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the University of Sarajevo in Yugoslavia.

Petter Graff, Vice President, Partner
Mr. Graff
has more than 20 years of industry experience building
large scale distributed real-time systems. Prior to
InferData, from 1989-1994, Mr. Graff worked for Wayne
Division-Dresser Industries in Austin, Texas, Malmo,
Sweden, and Oslo, Norway, where he became a recognized
expert in object-oriented applications, methodologies,
and systems. In 1994, he joined Icon Computing as Director
of Technology. At Icon Computing, he was involved with
the development of the CATALYSIS method.
In 1996, he
became a partner at InferData. In addition to his technical
expertise, Mr. Graff has an exceptional record of leadership
and management success in corporate environments. Mr.
Graff is an active researcher in the area of object-oriented
methods. Much of his focus is on extracting patterns
of success and best practices from the software development
cycle and his efforts have resulted in significant contributions
to the field. Among his achievements is an innovative,
highly effective continuity-based approach to object-oriented
analysis and design.
Mr. Graff received his education in
Norway and holds a degree in Math, Physics, Operational
Research, and Business Administration.

Unni Krishnan,
Vice President, Partner

Mr. Krishnan offers a unique depth of expertise, grounded in more than fifteen years in the field of software engineering, particularly in the use of object and web technologies in system/application development. Unni Krishnan has extensive experience architecting and scaling enterprise system for J2EE and .NET.
Mr. Krishnan's
range of expertise includes Java, J2EE, Perl, C, C++,
Lisp, XML, major operating systems, windowing, graphical
and enterprise systems, as well as products such as
WebSphere, Rational, JBoss and WebLogic. Mr. Unni Krishnan
also boasts a number of published works, including
Semantic Integration of Information in Open and
Dynamic Environments, Carnot and InfoSleuth:
Database Technology and the World Wide Web, and
A Deductive Database Solution to Intelligent Information
Retrieval from Legacy Databases.
Mr. Krishnan
received a Masters of Science degree from the University
of Texas at Austin in Electrical and Computer Engineering
and a BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering
from the University of Madras in India.
